This Privacy Policy explains how ShedPro L.L.C (“ShedPro,” “we,” “us”) handles information you share with us through www.shedpro-utah.com, our ShedPro Studio shed designer, phone calls, text messages and email.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, design and build your project:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Project address: the street address, city, state and ZIP where your shed will be delivered or built.
• Shed designs: the size, style, options, colors and notes you choose in ShedPro Studio, plus design renderings and any photos you send us.
• Messages: what you tell us in forms, calls, texts and emails, such as questions, timing and site notes.
• Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive texts from us, and when.
• Basic website data: the pages you visit and how you found us (for example, a Google search or a referral), collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

How we use your information

• Quotes: to prepare your quote, answer your questions and follow up on it.
• Scheduling: to plan and confirm materials, shop build, site prep and install dates, and to coordinate delivery at your address.
• Updates: to send you order and build-schedule updates, design renderings and appointment reminders by phone, text or email.
• Running our business: to keep customer records, process payments and invoices, honor warranties and improve our website and service.

We do not sell your information

ShedPro does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our website host, customer-management and email tools, our text-messaging provider and payment/invoicing services), only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your own quote and project. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for details.

How we protect and keep your information

Your information is stored with reputable service providers using access controls and encrypted connections. We keep it as long as we need it to serve you, honor warranties and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of emails by asking us.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
