It depends on your city and shed size. Most Utah cities require a permit for sheds over 200 sq ft. We know local requirements and can advise you during your quote — just ask.
We build throughout Utah and Idaho, and travel into Nevada, Wyoming, and Colorado for larger projects. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, reach out — we'll let you know. Travel or fuel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Once we break ground, most builds are completed in just 1–3 days (as quick as 1 day for simple builds). Larger or more complex sheds may take a bit longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline when we lock in your date on our build schedule.
