LP SmartSide Siding
Every ShedPro LLC build uses LP SmartSide engineered wood siding — the industry's top-rated shed siding. Treated to resist fungal decay, termites, and moisture, it holds paint beautifully and is built for the freeze-thaw cycles of Utah and Idaho winters. It won't rot, warp, or delaminate over time.
Sherwin-Williams Paint

Quality Framing Lumber
We frame every shed with quality structural lumber — properly spaced, squared, and built to carry the load. Our framing is designed to handle Utah's snow loads, wind, and temperature swings without shifting or settling over time.
Asphalt Shingles
We roof every shed with quality asphalt shingles in black, gray, or brown. Rated for high wind and impact resistance — built for the Utah and Idaho climate. Backed by a 40-year manufacturer warranty, your roof stays watertight season after season.
Doors & Windows
Our standard windows are aluminum and vinyl single pane — exterior-rated and built for Utah's climate. Double pane windows are available as an upgrade for better insulation, just note they cost more and may add lead time to your build while we wait for them to arrive. Standard door options include single doors, double doors, and roll-up garage doors. Custom doors and windows are also available — ask us when you get your quote.
Foundation Options
We recommend a concrete slab or gravel pad for the best long-term results. We can help you understand foundation requirements based on your shed size, location, and local code. Concrete is the most durable option and protects your investment long-term.
Pressure Treated Flooring
Every ShedPro LLC floor is built with pressure treated lumber, framed 16" on center. This prevents caving, flexing, and water damage over time — giving you a solid, long-lasting floor that holds up under heavy equipment, tools, and everyday use. No shortcuts on the foundation of your shed.
