Most builds are completed in 1–3 days depending on size and complexity. We build on-site at your property from start to finish. If you're adding custom doors or windows, lead time for those materials may extend the timeline slightly.

Permit requirements vary by city and county. In most Utah cities, sheds under 200 sq ft don't require a permit. Anything larger typically does. We recommend checking with your local planning department before ordering — we're happy to help you figure it out.

We build every shed with LP SmartSide engineered wood siding — not cheap OSB or T1-11. LP SmartSide is engineered to resist moisture, impact, and the freeze-thaw cycles common across Utah and Idaho. We recommend a concrete slab for the best long-term results, but we can also build on a gravel pad or treated wood skids. Our floors are framed with pressure treated lumber, 16" on center to prevent caving and water damage. We'll walk you through what makes sense for your site.

Yes — we offer pre-wired electrical as an add-on on any build. We have 4 tiers to choose from — Basic, Standard, Core, and Essential — ranging from a single light and outlet all the way up to soffit lighting, multiple switches, and GFCI outlets. Yes — every ShedPro LLC build is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty. Our LP SmartSide siding carries a 50-year manufacturer warranty, our asphalt shingles carry a 40-year manufacturer warranty, and our Sherwin-Williams paint is rated for long-term exterior performance. We accept cashier's check as our preferred payment method. We also offer electronic invoicing and payment through Invoice2go for your convenience. Financing is also available for qualifying customers.

Shed kits are pre-manufactured in a factory with cheaper materials and then assembled on-site. Our sheds are built from scratch at your property — framed, sided, roofed, and finished on-site with premium materials. The result is a stronger, longer-lasting, fully custom structure that actually fits your space and needs.

Yes — custom doors and windows are available. Our standard windows are aluminum and vinyl single pane, exterior-rated for Utah's climate. Custom options are available but add time to the build while we wait for materials to arrive. Ask us when you get your quote.
